Episode 390: 3 to 1 & 1 to 3
Today, Bradley shares insights into the distinct challenges and opportunities faced by businesses at different revenue stages, specifically from $300,000 to $1 million and from $1 million to $3 million. He emphasizes that businesses moving from $300,000 to $1 million must focus on documenting systems and processes to reduce dependency on the owner, enabling team members to operate independently. As revenue reaches $1 million and grows towards $3 million, the challenge shifts to developing leaders within the organization, managing more team members, and leading through others. Bradley also discusses the importance of tracking revenue per person to assess growth potential and optimize team size, offering practical guidance for scaling businesses beyond the million-dollar mark.
