Sri Lankan Cultural Fashion Show Debuts at Oman Muscat Nights Festival on January 17th, 2025 done by Sri Lankan Fashion Designer Roshani Rajapksha.
The Oman Muscat Nights Festival witnessed a captivating display of Sri Lankan culture with the inaugural Sri Lankan Cultural Fashion Show.
Held at the prestigious Oman Muscat Qurum Park, the event showcased the artistry and creativity of Sri Lankan fashion designer Roshani Rajapaksha, who resides in Oman.
This Fashion show is Roshani Rajapksha second solo fashion show in Oman and entirely self- funded without external sponcership or contibutions.
Curated and executed entirely by Roshani Rajapaksha, the show featured her unique designs, with makeup, costume dressing, and even the catwalk training all personally handled by her.
And she used exclusive cosmetics ( world luxury makeup ex - channel, Dior, Toford, and many exclusive makeups brands ) and rich fabrics, materials decorate with silver gold treads and stones , and exclusive gold plated silver jewellery decorated with Sri Lankan rich gems, stones. So this show is a kind of exclusive Sri Lankan fashion show..!
The Oman Muscat Nights Festival witnessed a captivating exculsive display of Sri Lankan culture with the inaugural Sri Lankan Cultural Fashion Show.
Held at the prestigious Oman Muscat Qurum Park on 17th January 2025.The event showcased the artistry and creativity of Sri Lankan fashion designer Roshani Rajapaksha, who resides in Oman.
Notably, the intricate Sri Lankan King (Udarata Nilame) outfit was meticulously dressed by her husband, Saranga Rajeewa. Roshani also composed the original video, audio, and music track for the show.
This international-level fashion show was a labor of love for Roshani, driven by her passion to share the beauty of Sri Lankan fashion with the world.
Special thanks are extended to Acting Ambassador for @ Embassy of Sri Lanka in Oman in Oman Madam Chirastie, Mr. Hisny Thaha who coordinate the Muscat Municipality and got the permission to do this event success. Nadeesha Hemachandra Perera Nadeesha Hemachandra Perera who did the eloquent introduction enhanced the event's impact and Mohamed Hafeez Marikkar who always sharing this events post and giving publicity to the fashion show.

The stunning jewelry showcased belonged to Roshani's mother MrsMallika Dewasinghe , a prestigious award-winning jewelry designer and entrepreneur in Sri Lanka.
Saranga Rajeewa's( Roshani husbsnd ) unwavering support was instrumental in the success of this grand spectacle, while Roshani's artistic vision and knowledge infused the show with unique character.
