Trucking Should You Get Your Endorsements?
Great information
Thanks bro
Ur hilarious
Allegedy, unsure - you use those words in abundance. Doesn't help your credibility, if that's what you're seeking in this YT market
In 50yrs of being in the world. By far hands down, the Worst company that I have put my foot in. Don’t recommend it. IND terminal. Dock worker. Most disrespectful bunch of people. Disorganized Af. Rude supervisors. Management is unprofessional.
Must be different between terminals
Damn, I wish I had an opportunity with this company, they are right around the corner from me in Austin, Texas. Or Pflugerville if you would say. I never took the hazmat and now there’s so many stupid classes you have to take for so much money.
How is the one year review?
What’s the average weekly check for 3,000 miles a week linehaul?
I’m a current aaa cooper. It’s a great company. But like you say the benefits are not great.
What position ?
How’s car hauling now bro? Thinking about making a switch myself
GREAT. I think that'll be a good decision BUD
Great video. How do they do for longhaul otr & teams? I run solo otr now, for the last 6 years. 6 weeks out, 1 week home. Id love to run long as a solo or a team for saia. 👍😁
Of course.
Do Saia hire guys with a Manual Restriction on their license?
Yes
How is saia for a local driver thinking about moving to them there open new terminals in ND.
Its cool linehaul is where the money is, city is good too you'll get 40hrs a week.
Where is your pre trip on the truck before rolling.
haha you got me
8-16-2024. Question, can I use SAIA for the Scrabble game? Points will be real low. Sad.
I got it made at AAA COOPER. Dedicated driver, 4 days a week M-T, home every night. Guaranteed 40 hrs a week even though I only put in 32 to 34 a week. I set my route up and the time I come in. Answer only to the terminal manager... No dispatch headaches! 33.40 hr. I'm not going anywhere else, I know when I've got it good.
Good stuff
Time to UPDATE!!!
You're right BUD!!!
I don’t know how it happened but yesterday I dropped a trailer 🥺 I checked visually for the kingpin I did the tug test but still when I pulled forward it dropped couldn’t stop the trailer pushed me from under it…. and today they’re letting me know if I’m fired or not and I feel overwhelmed. I doubt I’ll have a job l. After almost 2 years 😔
Sorry to hear that hope everything worked out.
@@nicelife5486 thanks everything did work out I’m still working with them. What saved me was there was footage of me doing everything the Schneider way 🤷🏻♀️
Hey man, I’m in Columbus Ohio and I was thinking about getting on there!
Its a great move
United roads i see
Congrats BUD happy you can see
What was there hiring road test like?
I like that
More & more drivers coming forward with stories from Schneider,,, i think they where a little strong in what they did to you,,, it's a simple mistake no one is perfect,, no one was hurt,, damage to equipment was mim. none of the load was spilled ,,, so learn from your mistake & go on down the road to a better company,,, Schneider is the one to loose,,,
You quit ltl to go haul cars? Love your videos bro, but you made the wrong move. Just my opinion
I thought so at first, but later discovered I made a great move. I am interested in your opinion thou
Damn u left Saia
Yessir
That drop was the best thing that could've happened to you. Nobody got hurt. It's funny how Schneider kept a guy who manuevered lane changes that caused a fatality, and cost them 47 million dollars but they let you go probably because they wanted to put a rookie in your seat to save them a few bucks. Like Ive said, dont use them as a stepping stone because you'll be stepping in shit.
I was interested in linehaul for aaa cooper they want you to work tge dock 3 to 4 hours then do a run does that sound right?
Driver cameras are a deal breaker for me
Right? How do you wack off with some weirdo dispatcher watching from their office?
😭😭😭@@ryancox5097
They can only see you if you set off the camera..they can’t just watch you like some creeps.. the insurance companies are forcing the entire industry to get driver cams
@@aaronemblem266they can pull up the camera when they want and just watch you if they feel like it. Waste of time but they can do it
Cams are almost in every company now
All those companies are a damn rip off including Saia. OT after 45, not 40.
It's weird how they're allowed to do that but even if they paid no OT, Saia is paying $30/hr Estes $34 and all the other local jobs (except fuel) are only paying $20-25 so in comparison it's like you're getting OT all of the time anyway.
@@wmona001 not really
@@Trashman702 Where at?
After 50 hours 🤦🏽♂️
Good job for taking your time to updated people nice video 🔥
Hows the pay at SAIA
Im looking at SAIA in SoCal, how is the vacation time, who do they have their 401k
Wow Atlanta is massive. And here I thought our Toledo terminal was busy when I went there.
I have an interview at the Toledo terminal today. Overall, do you enjoy working at this location??
I worked for Dillards. We ran sets from the DC to stores or another DC. Made 100k with them.
Yes you can. I did it. You gotta find the right company
My boy i was in driver academy in Louisville,is based outta the CIN terminal..im out the TOL terminal
I have an interview at the Toledo terminal today. Overall, do you enjoy working at this location??
@@gaav7589 yes its cool!!!im a city p&d driver….your interviewing for driver?
Doubt 5th would hire me I live in TX
I'm sorry bro. Glad you're doing well now though.
Not anymore.
Not anymore what ? Schneider and Superior/Heniff still work with students.
What ? Are you quit SAIA LTL ? Why ?
Lol, $125k is more like $100k
7:16 why he got fired (thank you lol)
Wtf bro.... cool
Just applied for R&L carriers and old dominion for line haul out here in central California (modesto area) excited for that move and have been religiously watching you channel and videos . Love them.
This was dumb…
Reed couldn't wait to dump the company. He really didn't want to run thr company when it was handed to him. Plan and Simple. He got a boait load of cash for it and a sest on thr board of directors at Knight Swift. He is sitting pretty for his life.
Made 96k at KAG in 2022 and was home every day. However, I was treated like trash. After 3 years of being treated like this, I left. They can keep their money.
Mate you never asume that it will be ok .when it comes to trucking it only takes 5minuts to check because you were lucky it was in the yard it could of been a lot worst
much appreciated bro bro, from phila, pa 👍🏾
Tankers, hazmat side, pays generally better than most anything else other than things like oversize, overdimensional
Good day. Do you do a lot of night driving with this company? I have a interview tomorrow for night driving.
