How to replace an old caravan door with a more modern version from Hartal. Hartal doors manufactured in Germany, sourced from Avan Spare Parts. See another door I considered. Detailed DIY including removing the old door. Installing the new door and dismantling the old door key barrel and installation into the new door so the same key and lock from the old door can be used in the new door.

    Thank you sir for this guide. May I ask what's the name of that cover (video time: 4:38) that you removed? My unit doesn't have that and I'm finding that part online so there's a cover towards the inlet

    Music twice as loud as your voice, protrusions mean cam lobes? A brief look at what your clearances were, not what they should be or how to adjust. Crap.

    Thanks...would the process be the same with the Triton diesel? The clearances might be different, but do you basically remove the glow plugs and rotate the crankshaft clockwise. I’ve done plenty of petrol engines but not a diesel. Do injectors also need removal or just glow plugs?

    • @4wdriver743
      @4wdriver743 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ronan Rogers on the NP Pajero I did not need to remove plugs and injectors. On a common rail it might be different. Providing you can turn the engine with no issue can not see why there would be a need to remove injectors and glow plugs. It’s a valve adjust not compression test.

    Hi! Nice video, but what kinda symptoms will a blocked filter have? My pajero stops when put In drive/reverse when the engine temperature reaches about 50c°. But idling fine in P or N. Car running fine when cold. Do you know something about this? Cheers from Norway Kjell

    Hi Team You have to be careful , the water depth changers deeper when the tide comes in, & yes that right 3 foot or more of salt water.
