The audiobook version (which is how I consumed this book) was *chef’s kiss* perfection! I’ve already pre-ordered the second book 😊

I thought Hills of Shivers and Shadows was really really good...very dark though. You'll immediately want to pick up the next book.
That's part of the reason I waited for the trilogy to all be out... I heard the cliffhangers were crazy!!

Florida girl here too! I was also at RTD and got an ACR of Fractured Sanctuary - Grumpy x Sunshine edition! It was my very first arc so that day was super special to me! I'm glad you had a good time, I was fortunate to get to see all but a couple authors that were on my list and am very thankful considering. I agree with you about attending smaller signings, that's my goal going forward 😊
