for sure - its about 2km with pathways and cycle ways to the town centre that take you along the Natural Park of the Sand Dunes

there were yes!! Some friends of an owner came to visit over a weekend so they camped out such is the fantastic weather we have here!!! No tents now though!

What a beautiful villa. Very high end fixtures & fittings. Even nicer to know it’s being sold with furniture included. One of the best golf villas I’ve seen advertised on your website.
How far is it from Corralejo town centre and is it walkable?
3 euros in a taxi, 15 mins on a bicycle, 40 min walk approximately and 4 minutes to the start of the Natural Parque and Sand Dunes

Nice video. How long would it take to walk to the centre of Corralejo, and is it safe to do so?
Hi Jason, the whole area has recently had new pedestrian pavements installed that lead down past our offices or you can walk or cycle along the walkway by the main link road so yes very safe and about 30-40 minutes walk. Taxis are less than 3 euros.....

there are actually many people living there and also holidaying there in the private apartments. Of course the pools are still being refurbished but looks like they are doing a great job!
This is very nice for an apartment situation so if they allowed the owner to make more spaces /rooms Then would you be able to Put a pool in that courtyard where the hot tub is ? a small pool of course. You probably have to get a permit for that, right
there is space for a small pool yes and yes you should apply for a pool license if digging a pool in although there are plenty of above ground pool options these days....
Hi guys, tremendous place with the added rooms. The Topkapi Palace apartments are always a good size to start with. The price is very reasonable for what's on offer. However, what's with the Spanish love of Cherry Red kitchens/walls 😮 that would have to go for me if the lottery came up tonight 😂
I agree ! I watch the Spanish homes for sale all over Spain and a lot of times too much of the time there are those extremely red colored kitchens 😃👎 I couldn't handle being in there lol

Water comes from Tank....alledgedly a lot of shortages.....in the middle of the desert
Well it is a dry and hot island however we are totally surrounded by the Ocean which is where all our water comes from as it is de-salinated.....
Not enough water there...so owners alledgedly have told
I am afraid that is a general problem and not associated with this property which was sold some time ago.
In general all drinking water has to be imported in plastic Containers or bottles. The de- salted water is Not drinkable
