Following a significant fire event in 1969 at the Department of Energy Rocky Flats facility outside of Denver, CO, numerous fire protection upgrades were completed. This 1986 video outlines the upgrades, explains why they were made, and was developed to train firefighters and other fire protection professionals. Rocky Flats has since been closed, cleaned up, and turned into a wildlife refuge.
