It took some practice. I do 2p 1 life megamania as well but work has been crazy the past few months and haven't been able to game much lately.

Tienes que completar el juego en modo más difícil, mania, mania plus y luego desbloquearás meganania.
Disculpame por no contestarte pero en necesario tener la ROM de Steam? Porque lo descargue para android en mi teléfono y la ROM la descarge en una página por Google osea que me lo tengo que acabar Enel modo Hardest y se desbloquea en manía y luego manía plus y luego el mega mania?
