Hi, I am Florian Rigotti and I am a German gardener and homesteader. My original TH-cam channel is pretty well known around Germany, but because most of you don’t understand a word I am saying, I have decided to give my videos an English voice.

This channel is all about growing food in your garden. I give useful tips for your greenhouses, fruit trees, bee- and chicken keeping, growing vegetables, seeding and seedlings - pretty much homesteading.

I publish garden to table recipes for fresh dishes, also including vegetarian and vegan options. I also like to cook chicken, fish and game meat. I talk about preserving foods with techniques like canning, drying, dehydrating, freezing and/or blanching. My garden is managed organically; I do not use chemical fertilizers but only compost, mulch and rock dust.
