Worst experience ever , I cancel an order for a Bronco and because my wife was the one taking them the money cash to reserve the car and I told the guy that she was going to be the one picking up the money of the order cancellation the $500 they told me by phone that it was ok than I received an email saying that everything was going to be ready at 4 pm so my wife asked permission at her job to leave 2 hours early in order to make it at 4 pm she waited finally she talked to Ryan and he told my wife that they can't give the money to her that they have to follow the company rules etc after my wife left with nothing no money I call them and I speak with Ryan he told me the samething Then I sent a email to the sales person that I had all the process with telling that everyone is a looser there no body offers me nothing an other car when I try to cancel my order and then this so next Ryan sent me an other email telling me that he was next to the guy that I said he told me that's was ok to my wife to pick up the money and he said that he never told me that telling me liar bad bad experience
