How bout keeping your truck and trailer straight with one another. Turned sideways one of the other is no good. You loose stability when they are not in line.
Is this with the blower off and all pressure out
I just started pneumatics, very informative video thank you,i will refer to this so i dont forget.
Spent a year hauling frac sand in west texas. Still don’t know how i was able to do it 🤣
Awesome. Thanks
Thank you maaam
I had a guy pass me like I wasn't already doing 80. He didn't flip me off but I could feel his frustration. He sped away and a few miles later I passed a cop. I looked in my rearview mirror and the cop was pulling out a few cars behind me. I thought for sure he was after me. Nope.... He passed me up and I watched in amusement as he pulled the guy over that flew past me.
It’s a great feeling in a sick kind of way isn’t it lol
I was at the show for a day. It was a blast🎉🎉🎉
Did you have a truck there, or just checking out the trucks?
@@autumntransport sadley no just went to see the sweet rides
Maybe a start would be to treat the drivers with respect and dignity, pay the drivers better, instead of the ceo's reaping all the money in their pockets, be honest and upfront, listen to them, have an open door policy, get hometime more often and stop hiring foreigners. All these companies swear that they are the best, but the turnover rates are extremely high! I wonder why? Lot of dishonesty and lies in this industry! Just my opinions from a long time driver! This job used to be enjoyable and fun but just a dredge of a job anymore. The large companies are nothing more than sell-outs to the government.
Agree with you 100%!
For anyone new to dry bulk pneumatic tankers, if you're hauling plastic pellets, you'll use top air only w/o any aeration. I'll use some top air + full aeration on cement and heavy material to build pressure, then turn it down before I open up the bottom air line so I don't lose tank pressure. FWIW I learned not to use my hands and fists as a hammer when hooking up hoses because I'm 63 now with pretty bad arthritis and carpal tunnel in my hands. Good video., BTW.
I work at the beach, so mountains. Nothing like going to the workplace and call it a vacation
So true!
How much can i make doing this?
Thanx for this video because the mf that are supposed to train me don't know shyt and are unprofessional asf

I rebuild hydraulic cylinders for a living. Specifically 5 Stage cylinders on end dumps like these. Let me tell you, there’s a few flaws this guy has on his rig. In due time he will figure out what those issues are. Undoubtedly I may be the one repairing/rebuilding it!
Autumn Transport, LLC, awesome content it was really good
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Alright... that video edit was 🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾

That’s new? Looks beat to hell to me.
New to our fleet as available for lease purchase. Definitely not a brand new truck.

Good information driver 👍
Thanks 👍
Hey for the aerators knob, do you want them to be tight or a little lose?
lol how long it take you to learn this…look like a lot to learn
When finishing the load, you released the air via the blowoff valve. What would happen if you let all the air pressure off through the product line? would it damage the silo?
I let the air off through the top air when I'm done unloading, then shut down the pto, unhook the hot hose, the open the blowdown, then remove the product hose. If you use the blowdown it gets really dusty! You can use the product valve but you must remember to shut it... or else it will be real fun when you unload next time
I've only ever seen these trailers on the Internet. They dont exist in my state. People are to smart to buy them. Drivers dont want them. There are so many more practical options that are not so quirky.
Thank you
Thanks!
Excellent video and explanation of the process. One question the product line valve when open looks like it is actually being closed ? Why is that valve configured that way ? It could be easily confusing iby getting it reversed of what it should be.
it's a blower not a pump
awesome video. thanks alot
Glad you liked it!
Finally a video that gets to the freaking point, thank you.
Glad it helped
Which pays more liquid or dry bulk thanks?
Many factors go into this. One of our recruiters would be happy to speak with you!
Good video lady very good
Thank you kindly
Pro Tip: Shut the blower off first before disconnecting any lines, especially the "Hot hose" on the blower. All of your guages read should read "0" PSI with the vent open and blower off before you remove any hoses, it only takes 1 psi for a hose to hit you when you are dealing with a pressure vessel that is 2600 Cubic feet in size. Otherwise great video!
Yeah it's a good starting video but some things are out of order... Sadly the pto disengagement will have extremely diere consequences if done out of order...
You should mention to make sure there are no overhead wires or obstructions before you lift her up 😉
Good point!
💯
Thank you
Thank you so much!! I just got started in Georgia and appreciate the help lady driver!! Stay safe and be blessed!

What was the rpm setting at thre 2:00 mark. I couldn't hear over the noise. Great video and thank you.
800 rpm
Been a dump trailer guy almost 20 years I see a lot of these how-to videos where these guys put the trailer all the way up to the sky before they start rolling forward and they have material bunched up at the bottom of their trailer whereas I usually release the trailer brakes as the trailer still going up and material is dumping out pushing me forward I would never let material Bunch up behind me like that
