No the handlebars turn the front wheel but as with a bike, leaning your body to one side also turns it.
How do you turn it? Just by leaning?
Yep
Brilliant invention 🎉🎉
Thanks very much Robert. Look out for pictures of the new design which will be out shortly! Cutting edge technology and shorter wheelbase.
To stressy filming
OK I am seriously thinking about building a rowbike and my opinion about this bike ; It looks very good Designs seems OK to me ( strength ) Wonder how the steering works, Price is a nono, sorry I have to say that.
Interesting idea, but would be terrible for anyone who actually rows. So many aspects of the "rowing" motion are different than what you do in a shell. It would reinforce bad habits for a rower (moving arms and legs at the same time, arced path with the hands, etc.)
I would like this to be a recumbent tadpole trike, but it's a nice start
another $5k novelty bike? 😔
Exceptionally few people would pay such a huge sum for Frankensteins monster. Its going to be a total flop
Surely it can be made cheaper
Ненавижу подобные ролики. Вместо конструкции снимают бабу. Ну и снимали бы. Без конструкции. Бабу отдельно. Конструкцию отдельно. Отдельный жырный дизлайк за музычку.
Only shown riding it on flat surfaces. Could you take it on the same tracks mountain bikes use ?
Hi all, we are going to be showing the bike at the Head of the Charles in Boston from the 20th-22nd October. The bike will be on a treadmill so you can have a go. We will be on the Finish Line Boats stand. Hope to see you there! Rupert
This is so sick
too expensive
The snap situation is so the rowing bike can use both wings to hide inside the wave tree to the left as a curve 😂

Looks great!
I really like ! It's great but i can't afford.
Why???
Why??
dragons den = the rich and the morons
It looks great, but I must say your asking price of £6000 with Shimano Deore components is unbelievable. Nevertheless, I had a look at your website and it’s a shame there’s no facility to book a test drive, nor see one in the flesh, before ponying up the cash.
Love it!! Definitely want a go. Quite a lot of people are led by ego. This makes them self conscious and is probably WHY they don’t get it!
Where are you based Matty? We'd love you to try it out, it's great fun!
Looks like a recumbent bike. They didn't catch on either because traditional bikes are cheaper, lighter, safer, can lifted over obstacles, can go off road, better with hills, etc etc.
The global Recumbent Bikes market size was valued at USD 1679.3 million in 2021 and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 6.8% during the forecast period, reaching USD 2492.5 million by 2027.
@@roadrower1555 cool fact, and here's another one: More people in the UK make a living from golf than do from tennis in the WORLD. ALL the people currently living in the world gathered in the same place, standing not less than a yard from the nearest person, would cover less space than one eighth the total area of Ireland.
How do you transport it? Where do you store it? How safe is it in traffic? How heavy is it? How much does it cost? I think I'd rather ride a normal bike.
No problem! We love cycling too :)
Great idea but the price point is way too high at £6000 inc vat as per the website.
WHY??!
I love the idea! However, I'm shocked by the price tag of £5k + vat, especially after saying it would be £3.5k (already very expensive) on dragon's den. It's a pity you can't get the price down to a more affordable level.
Greed
How do you turn. Just saw this on dragons den.
You use the handlebars, like you would on a normal bicycle. Takes about 200 metres to get the hang of it and then you're away!
Yeah but WHY?
It DOES look cool though!
I see what you did there 😂
WHY do you need me to watch this video?
Looks difficult to turn.
You don't need to stay. You are dismissed.
