How exactly did you increase your ball speed? Did you change swing mechanics? Or did you speed up your approach? Start with the ball higher in your stance?
I changed my swing, foot speed, and release. I allowed my arm to swing more freely resulting in more speed from the momentum of the swing. Changed my release a bit to have a flatter hand. I realized the more cupped my wrist was the harder it was to transfer the power from the swing into the ball. Lastly, speeding up my feet allows me to naturally speed up my whole approach.
