You should have done a walk early, after framing. You should do it now. You should do before and after all mechqnical rough is done. As a contractor this was tough to watch.

I prefer the before picture of the kitchen with the built ins. Stop removing the expensive character of a house that can never be replicated because building materials are so cheap these days. The quality just isn’t there and looks very generic… there is no personality.

I sure hope they were planning on doing another PRE drywall walk, because the Hack up your house trades are not finished ie: plumbers, hvac, and sparky in that order. And I did not catch what part of the country this was in, but will somebody please explain to me WHY the floors in the garage and lowest level are still DIRT at this point of construction?????? Definitely not something we do here in Florida.
