What HOAs allow for beehives in the backyard?
I can't think of any HOA guidelines off the top of my head with specific beehive guidelines, but you do have the opportunity to review the HOA guidelines prior to closing to ensure you are comfortable with the terms. That's also a question that I can pose to the listing agent of a specific property that you are interested in seeing prior to confirming the showing appointment. Hope this helps!

Chesterfield is too busy and too commercialized. Too many schools and businesses. That, in turn, raises my personal property taxes even more. The government does nothing for free.

I haven't seen anything hit the market in that price point recently. There may be other areas of Chesterfield where you could find that if you are willing to do renovations.

Every school is different. I always encourage my clients who have an interest in the school to visit the school and talk with the personnel about their specific concerns. I'm always happy to arrange these meetings for my clients when they are visiting.

Is Richmond a good place to retire?
Yes . Cheaper, safer and not too far from northern va. I am from northern va thinking about moving to rva.
In my opinion, RVA is a great place for all stages of life. There is literally something for everyone. I'm not sure what your interests might be, but there are sports, mild weather, history, lots of day trips like the beach or the mountains, vineyards and breweries, and more! Thanks for watching!

The end of February is when the daffodils usually start to appear and the robins return. The azaleas and cherry blossoms start blooming in March. There are some very nice days that get up to mid-70s or low-80s, but the nights can still get cold. When the azaleas start blooming, that is the beginning of the peak RVA housing market time.

Hi Thank you for the video... Whole foods, trader joes and sprouts or good organic grocery stores and the most gravel, dirt and Mtb trails .... Which county would you suggest for the best of those worlds

RVA has a lot of trails where you can ride a bike in many of our area parks, but I wouldn't consider them to be true mountain bike trails that you might find in areas further west. In terms of organic grocery stores, there is a Whole Foods in Short Pump which is within the western part of Henrico County. There is also a Trader Joes.
