Whackadoo! What the fidgetspinner? Was this on tv? Was it a regular show? Is that "Old Bozo" (Gary something)? I grew up in Jax but moved out of state in '89 and moved to Cabot around 10 or 12 yrs ago.... I sure never saw anything like this.... lol
