Old property showing it's age in many places.....housekeeping standards is subpar

They are really stingy with towels and cups. 1st resort I've been that gives only 2 small thin bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, paper cups in bedroom. Too many cards to keep up with (door key, towel card) freaking annoying. The bracelet is so ugly. Long story short- I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS RESORT- if it's truly a resort. I didn't even get informed on the need to scan some qr code for menu and all other information. This is day 1 of 7- and I am already regretting my decision.

For those who are confused, this is Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan, a nice hotel, right across JW Marriott Kuningan. I can tell from the Ritz lion logo at 5:41. So the video title and description is definitely a major typo

Even as a gold member I got a complementary 4pm check out at the new San Isidro Hilton (June) They told me it was a 2pm free late check out for gold members

Stayed there for 5 days. They are pretty far from Bangkok city. Staying in W gives you a budget hotel experience, not a five star. There is no coffee machine in the room..Hairdryer, i had to ask for.Dimly lit bathroom and mirror, doing a good makeup is unimaginable there.I can give 5 star to the opulence of their reception lobby and all the stars end there. The restaurant serve underwhelming poor quality meat for their steak. Anyone can stay better in a good airbnb in Bangkok city. We made the mistake so you dont have to.

Do Rooms are neat and clean

What’s the breakfast like there buddy as just staying there for one night in Jan,love the rooftop bar so looking forward to having a few up there but looking forward to the hotel as never stayed there.Perfect for one night and have a swim by the pool,well will need it after the long flight from London haha.
