I think these new retirement villages have contracts which means your completely locked in, hidden costs everywhere, complete rip off, in most places now they even charge for a shower 🚿 all extras. The building 🏢 design of alot of these places are not geared up for Net Zero... i think 🤔 there will be alot more of this when the stakeholders see all the new regs.
