Hallo Georgi, ich finde dein Video wirklich hilfreich, danke. Also möchte ich dir noch was fragen. Ich habe am letzten Monat meine Universität als Architekt abgeschlossen und werde nach Deutschland, Köln zuwandern, um nach einer Arbeit zu suchen. Trotzdem habe ich einbischen Angst davor dass, ich vielleicht gar kein Job finden könnte weil ich keine Arbeitserfahrung habe und nicht so gut wie meine Muttersprache sprechen kann. Telc B2 Zertifikat habe ich schon aber mein Englisch ist nicht so gut, zwischen B1-B2 würde ich sagen.... Was sagst du denn jetzt? Wäre es schwierig für mich, eine Arbeit zu finden? Und würde ich weniger verdienen als Durchschnitt? Und Hast du noch Ratschläge für mich? Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn du meine Fragen beantworten würdest. Danke im Voraus :)

Hi Georgi, great video! I am also coming for my master’s degree in Germany this year. Unfortunately, I didn’t get accepted to Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, but I got accepted at TU Berlin, where I will be studying Urban Management. Do you think I can focus on Architecture because my bachelor’s degree is in Architecture? Also, can I find an internship in Architecture when I arrive because my master’s degree is somewhat different, and that makes me nervous?

I have a bachelor's in architecture and masters in urban development Management (research taught). I have worked as architect for 2 years. What kind of jobs would be suited for me?

It's called a fietstrommel (fiets = bicycle; trommel = drum, but can also refer to a metal box, like a canister). The door lifts up by the handle. You have to pull the door down by a rope on the inside to close the thing. In the thumbnail you can see the handle is about a half-meter from the ground and above that is the key slot from which you lock and unlock it. I'm pretty certain this brand of "bicycle drum" is made by Fietshangar. Generally 5 people can subscribe and share access to a fietstrommel for around € 7.50 per month per bicycle (just search the term here on TH-cam). Look for the title by Bike Barns: What is a "fietstrommel" or "bike drum"? The fietstrommel has been around for decades, but it may be another decade or longer before they really catch on.

VR in architecture ( both in design and real state) - AR - 3D printing with Bio materials. Computer vision applications such as object recognition and dimesion for automated workflows in scan to BIM processes. Neural networks application in architecture such as automated Bim modelling of scanned architectural spaces. Nerf technology for creating 3D digital twins of the real world objects. Generative Fusion models for visualization and design development in Architecture.
