The cutscenes are honestly the best part of this mostly unfinished game. If it weren't for Nero being such an entertaining and relatable character, i would have dropped dmc4 years ago. Take away Dante, and it looks like your standard run of the mill Final Fantasy/Soul Calibur esque art style with an angsty teen pretty boy on a quest to save his waifu accompanied by his huge blade that is mechanically engineered in such a way that it would only ever realistically work properly inside of a science fiction story.
