Thanks for the video! We’re installing our doors today. Did yall know there’s no audio in the first half?

What is the difference between the zipper and non-zipper window? Besides the fact, I understand the window itself zips but if we get the non-zipping does the door still have a zipper to get in and out?

Just installed mine on my 2024 Uforce 600. Couple things to note: I have the CFmoto windshield and the windshield bracket mounts interfere with the ABS of the 3Star door latch mount. I had to modify the 3Star ABS in order for it to work. Also, the driver's clear ABS latch lock will not work so I left it off. The long bolt you are supposed to use interferes with the hand brake such that you cannot push the hand brake all the way off. I reused the long bolt and just cut it off short. All in all I like the doors just a little hassle since some parts had to be modified. Had alot of bolts left over too.

Excellent video showing the simple install. I am looking to get the same "VENTED" rear window from 3 Star Industries to go with the full et of doors I have ordered from them. Do you know if the mounting clamps to the "cage" for the rear window will/would interfere or affect the opening and closing of the doors? Thank you.

When will these be available for 1000 xl?? These look perfect for what I need.

How well does the Velcro last when nothing is attached to it during summer?

So you have to zip and unzip to use the door?

I worked for a ezgo dealer for 15 yrs, there enclosures I liked the best used zippers where yall are using velcro. We had velcro system too. But it was a 2 part zipper system one held some vinyl or fabric to the struts, then zipper on the sides of the enclosure. These of course look more cost effective, I lean toward quality but Pay a bigger price, that normally in turn is cheaper. Thanks for sharing video.

Ordered a full soft enclosure for my 2021 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 from these guys. Shipped off to Canada fast, and so far seems to be a great piece of kit. Very happy with the quality.

Hey guys just received my windshield for my 22 defender max Hd7 from Kurt with Offroad Armor. Love the windshield turned out great. Very pleased with it. Couple things (I didn’t see or watch this video before hand) the hex bolt for the lower L brackets I did not know that one of the nylon nuts were to go on the bolt as the spacer. I was like the threads aren’t deep enough. So I took two of the 8 supplied 1.5” hex bolts to work with me at the shop and took a die an extended the threads. No big deal. I also inserted the bolt with the head of the hex on the inside of the cab as with 1.5” bolt there’s just barely enough room to get the washer an nylon nut started. Worked fine. And I liked turning the bolt that way on the L bracket so it’s a cleaner smoother look on the inside of the cab. Maybe add a picture on the instructions how to do that particular bolt for the lower L bracket. Otherwise great windshield. I’m very pleased. Thanks Kurt and 3 star industries!
