These agencies are there to give you a fair review and an opportunity for the employer if found in the wrong to make it right. I'm sorry you are frustrated. I made this resource more to help work leaders to understand how this all works so I get it can be confusing and frustrating for you as well.

It is clear whose side you are catering to, and your tone in this video is one of, "oh those complaining disabled/poc/older workers" without even considering that some of these employees here actually are guilty of discrimination. Your antagonistic <3 is proof of your stance. IF a business is contacted by the EEOC, there is probably cause someone did someone dirty, and that seems lost on you in this video.
This wasn't every helpful. It was more like what support that people with mental health issues or what HR can do. But some jobs require mental focus and making apocopate decisions.
Sorry you feel that way. What kind of resources are you looking for? Maybe I can point you in an another direction.

Heidi's method is similar to mine. I prefer AI assistance over bots, using a tool that combines prompts, profiles, and AI personas to create cover letters and resumes. I redact personal details for privacy, uploading a document of experiences, skills, or achievements for reference. It still requires proofreading, and Grammarly helps refine language and address AI's repetitive tendencies.

always remember your employer including the HR dept doesn’t care about you it only cares about money for the higher ups & stockholders & avoiding liability 👍🏻👍🏻 from someone who used to be in HR
And this is exactly what I have created my effective investigations course bc there is a lot you don’t know that goes on behind the scenes.
Just remember hr is for the corporations liability, not yours
Just remember, we are all being paid by the company and all have different jobs to do

I understand why these questions are illegal to ask. It's because having this knowledge could lead to discrimination of these protective classes. So if an applicant volunteers this information, couldn't that be considered a liability? Even if that information wasn't recorded or written down? If so, wouldn't that candidate be considered a higher risk than one who doesn't reveal that information?
It is still a liability. You must not use that information share even voluntarily in your employment decision.
i still dont understand on how is HR involved in CSR? other than asking employees on what initiatives they want to see change in
CSR is tied to employee engagement, DEI, employee retention and volunteer activities. These are all things that HR generally oversees. CSR is linked to employees staying employed at their organization and employee retention is an important metric that we measure working in HR.
Can you give advice to someone who has no HR experience? I will be done with my degree in a few months. I’ve been in the banking industry for fifteen years. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Hi there! You have lots of work experience and I think that is a great thing. You'll really need to think about how you experience can help be repositioned into an HR role without the experience. This could be a challenge especially if your current salary is not in alignment with the market for the HR coordinator job. LMK if you have any other questions.
