Tape jam and cassette door will not open. Can I fix it?
My old fella still has lots of audio music on cassette tapes which he still listens to.
The other day whilst playing a cassette it got jammed and all attempt to eject the tape failed. The problem I suspect is dirty rollers and pinch rollers have deposits on them which caused the tape to foul the heads. The head is stuck in a position which will not allow the door release to operate. This means I have to remove the cassette mechanism from the housing.

I must first apologise for the unsteady video, and secondly for not being able to film the task completely. Returning home after delivering a customer system and visiting dad. This is a edited version of my return journey. My vehicle is fitted with front and rear cameras that record simultaneously. I seen a few and had a few close calls whilst travelling. It gives me peace of mind if the need arises.

You must surely realise that they have priority, when on the school run. The thin is there was ample room to park near the kerb, behind the other parked car. thoughtless !!
Why don't you confront this person and if they do it again, call a tow truck! By ignoring the problem you make yourself part of the problem.
In this instance I had just got out of the shower and was not in a state to go outdoors, so I decided to post the security footage. If the offender sees this clip it may make them think next time.
Stuff like this is why we bought a wheelclamp at the previous office. If they park on our space or block the way in, ussually while screaming "It's only for a while", they can be clamped and wait for a couple hours 'only for a while'. And as long as you don't charge money for release it's legal even if it's sticking out into the public road instead of just on your private property. Entitled bellends calling the police quickly discovered there's no such thing as a 'right to always use your car unimpeded'.
It annoys me that some people just can't be a little considerate. I'm not that upset that he's parked in front of my gate even though he shouldn't, It's just the fact he parked in the middle of the road like he's the only one allowed to use it. The fact he's picking up his children from school, does not set a good example for them to learn respect and consideration for other's.
I would have left a note or better still gone and had a word .

since started viewing this i knew you were gonna f.. the ch341 because the way you wer working on it 1st forcing the pin to desolder it instead of (a much more easy) use of desoldering wick 2nd it would be easier to start the jumper wiring from the 3.3 regulator and taking the wire alla the way to the pin 3rd it seemed you choose use the thicker copper wire you found instead of a slim one like 0.5mm that 2nd and 3rd mistakes caused you to brake the pin, and all mistakes you made throug your video definitely was going to drive you to damage the chip. did you make another try? hope so
Yes, thanks for the comments. This was my first attempt at micro-soldering so it was a new experience for me. I did realise my error, and after a little research I managed to purchase the correct wire and jump it. I did not record it as it took me way longer than expected. Needless to say, my soldering skill have improved since.
@@pcmike790 today i'm making my first ch341 mod, it's the only one i have, was a recently gift from a friend. hope my advices work for me also hahaha
I feel your pain. I live in an apartment block with a very small number of allocated residants parking spaces. Have lost count of the number of times cars/vans park in, across or in front of my space. The property management who are taking in 150 per month for each space couldn't care less and do absolutely nothing about it. The other day a van stopped right in front of the gate, blocking entrance and exit for almost an hour at 9am when people need to leave for work. Luckily I wasn't working that day, but looks like a few other residents were late for work that day. Management company uncontactable by phone. Would love to move, but alternative accommodation is unaffordable. The joys of it. Perhaps I should go back to cycling 😅 Dealing with the angry motorists probably isn't as stressful as being boxed into the car park 😅

Yes, I Know. But you have to remember these system were prior to the development of the GPU's we have available today, and also the online multi-player game explosion.
Use a better camera - i recommend using phone camera, it appears you're using a webcam of some sort
I do have a 4K camera but it was not setup at the time, I just recorded with my webcam that is permanently connected to my streamer. When I do Live streams I setup my 4K camera. The webcam is mainly for overhead shots. When I do impulse streams then I just use the webcam. Thanks for your input, its appreciated.

Tips to improve viewer experience: every spec you say put it on the screen as a text so it will be more convenient And btw nice setup 🙂👍

Losing my time. You used half an hour just peeling the wire.
Never done this type of repair before, but I was not peeling the wire, but trying to attach it. That is when I broke the pin in the connector and was looking how to reconnect it. This was failed repair. But I have since purchased a newer revision of this programmer.

brought back the memories of the drenching but this was far outweighed by the fabulous Halle and the Choir..I have been nearly every year and i just love it !!!
