Simple answer do you know how hard it is to setup a new government when hundreds if not thousands of laws need to be rewritten with completely new systems in place for a country removing the idea of nobles altogether, it seems simple at first but requires changing things from how towns/villages work to how major cities organize and weather even keeping the likely large super mansions like the one Annette and Hiene live or remove them completely as the land might be better used for anything else plus how the military itself needs to be completely restructured as it needs to be a lot more broad in what it protects compared to before and how to due things. Keep in mind Hiene is in charge of the whole military with people under him to help but it isn't organized to a degree yet were other people hand a majority of the work and he just looks at reports he is actually in charge of a lot of the day to day. It would be a few more months from where the video ends where he would have a lot less work to be doing. The Long answer is the video doesn't get to the point that explains it but to make it simple he wasn't trained to not show any emotions so he has no clue how to act like a normal person.

@@pintosegesimba2494 I want to start I never said anything that would be a spoiler besides he was trained never said how or what for but since you want to go that far. he was an orphan adopted and raise to work in the Marquis secrets forces along with dozens of other children and for most of his life he basically always worked for Annette's Father up until he was permitted to join the normal military and earned a title/rank that allowed him to marry Annette. Also there are scenes where is is asking people how is he meant to feel about things are why they feel/act a certain way about certain things.

@Hamr102 ooh I don't mind the spoilers dear. Ooh so if he had been there all his life and basically had been a henchmen just to keep the marquis and the royals safe and carefree. Then I understand where he is coming from

@@pintosegesimba2494 I did get something a little backwards so I reread several chapters that happen after the video ends the royal family "adopted" kids over the age of 12 from orphanages to keep the streets looking better without so many homeless kids roaming around and trained them as spies the Marquis was in charge of it and it is where the Marquis picked people for his special forces as that was also the best way for the kids to get anywhere in life if they survived that long that is. End of chapter 20 to 24 is Heiner's backstory as a part of the royal training during this time he visits the house every 3-6months it would seem and he does his best to go because he wants to listen to Annette play the piano all training is done on an island. Chapter 25-27 is when he works for the Marquis most of it is skipped besides the last mission and upon his return he learns the Marquis didn't care about them and that is when he wants revenge against him. Chapter 28 he finally meets Annette in person and when he learns that the person he wants revenge on is actually her father, as before he wasn't 100% positive on it, it is also when he actually notices the differences between normal people and the nobles with how twistedly they view the soldiers who die for them.
