@@RiotSquadBad thing is that it only protects spine and chest. Arms could bend like spaghetti with that one, but if you get sleeves with armor on it it's a good combination though

Hi Erin, if you purchased through Paypal, file a dispute/claim to get your money back if it has not been 180 days (6 months). Commentimes did respond to me but tried to convince me that my color or face shape was the problem. I am dark skinned so it became my fault. They told me to get the wig cut to this match this wig which is laughable. This wig is so disgusting that I don't even want to touch it. Mine was way too long, straight, shiny and like you say the hair looks plastic.

Savvy Saving I have also not received a response from this company I ordered a month ago and still haven't received my order and emailed them several times and no response I think their scammers contact your bank and file a claim that's what I had to do

Thanks for letting me know. Fortunately I paid for it through Paypal so they're actually dealing with it now. I opened an investigation with them. If you haven't already, you should do the same with your credit card company.
