Jenny I missed your contents so so much. My phone has an issue so I'm using a different phone for now 😊. I like how you always look so beautiful, organised and well put together despite the challenges in life 🥰❤️. The so called widow and two children used emotional blackmail to get into your apartment. That happens a lot. If you had refused to rent the apartment to her, your name could have been all over the place. Very sad 😮. Few days ago someone begged my car to use for "just 5 minutes". He pleaded that he wants to go and pick up his nanny "please just 5 minutes". I reluctantly gave out my car, something I normally don't do. Guess what? He came back and returned a scratched car without even telling me. I wanted to go out few minutes later I decided to check the car and bam, I saw this mighty scratch! It seems he scratched it when he was trying to reverse from the garage 😢! The worse thing is that he never told me. Yes, some white people can also be very dishonest 😢. If I had refused him it would have gone down in my records that I refused him to use my car for "just 5 minutes" 😢. Stay strong sis. Problems are everywhere. What is most important are the lessons we learn from the obstacles we go through in life 🥰. Another point. No matter who you put to check on your properties, always check them yourself occasionally. This point is also very very important. Stay strong dear 😍🥰❤️.

Giving 3 months' notice is more than generous. Stay strong! I understand she may be struggling, but fairness and responsibility are key. With 12 people in that small space, it's overwhelming, but paying bills and replacing broken windows is the least she can do. Stay strong, Our able Boss lady! 😎

Did your lease specify a limit to the number of occupants, and did you require lessee to name, in writing, each adult occupant? This woman is stealing from you. The “normal wear and tear” from that many people in that small apartment will prove anything but - and comes directly out of your wallet and into hers. She doesn’t have to pay for a larger place when you will do that for her.
