Welcome to the Broken Mile!
Bit of background I currently suffer from depression, anxiety, and a touch of bipolar..... Sounds great right?
After cutting my teeth in the world of TH-cam with my other channel Fifa saved my life, my wife convinced me that I must have a Depression-only channel.
This channel will deal with my honest daily struggles with life along with talking about my experiences and how I've got this far.
Oh and as I'm overweight and I keep getting told that exercise is good for you and your mental health I will be out walking and talking around My local Bristol Landmarks and beyond.
So please feel to join in or Don't whatever you are comfortable with and please remember I am not a Doctor so will not give any advice that is adverse or could end in your safety being compromised.
