Is there any error on creating AOSP profile under Corporate-owned, user-associated devices? We tried on different tenant and we getting error upon creation.

Many times, we like to show you can do it both ways as Matt did during this session. Also understand that originally Shared Calling was PowerShell only with Teams Admin Center capability coming later on.
@@TeamsPhoneCommUnity the TAC is buggy and slow. Often times I have to refresh or load in incognito - this is proven by companies designing their own interface tapping into Graph .API. When will you improve this for paying customers or will we always have to seek a 3rd party solution to accommodate the problematic interface?
Hi. Is AOSP now the recommend method to enroll Android Microsoft Teams Rooms devices?
Once this has been deployed for that particular OEM, then yes. There will be a transition period. As Matt stated in the video, having the policy in place ahead of time will not cause any issues and will be automatic once the Teams app is updated on that device.
When will you do anything about the presence status impacting call queues ?
We briefly covered this during the session. It will be dependent upon what your use case is and if Presence-based routing works for your scenario. Don't forget if you choose this method you will need to ensure that Exception Handling is set up if no agents are opted in or signed in.
How do I get the powershell script that will check the conditional access that may be applied to our teams devices?

The ability to customize speed dials on line keys for non-touch phones is coming in October 2024 - www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?msockid=3d7e09f6898c699a26611bbe88a76809&filters=&searchterms=411577 Outside of that we do not have visibility as to when it will be available.
Hello. On my company we just need to use outbound calls. Can I use Shared calling? We will not have auto attendant, just a group of users who will call to users. Thanks
Hi Matt, Great uses cases and interesting feature. How can I use the Shared Calling option with SIP devices which are using the SIP Gateway? Right now I'm not able to do so, because the user needs a DID to be able to login. When having a user without a DID you'll get an error which says it's needed. Cheers, Jarno
Shared Calling with SIP devices is not supported but may be considered in the future. Today you must have a phone number.

Unfortunately, we are not able to share this presentation.
It should be noted that for Canada, Jeremy's note at 12:42 about all calls going to a national centre for screening is applicable for a majority of services, such as Microsoft Calling Plans and general SIP services that do not have local site egress configured for 911 calls. If you set up IBLs at each of your sites and route 911 calls out the IBL (via VG) you will get to local PSAP instead of going through the national centre.
