does this work on sweatshirts? The neck area is too small needs to be stretched everywhere else is perfect.

I am using this on tight pj pants that I really hate but I will do a update soon!! Update:so I just rolled it with the towel and stretched hopefully i will see the results once it drys!

I have a beastars shirt that is a size too small now because of the gym, and this worked! There's actually air flowing through the shirt and it's not choking me! It's almost a size up. Granted a year from now its not gonna fit and will have to turn into a cutoff tank, but this works for getting the most of of your clothes! Any conditioner works. Thank you dude!

Use powder detergent, and baking soda as softer. That helps as well

Bleach: 1/8th cup or 2 tablespoons Water: liter warm water or about 4 cups. Add to washing machine first. Then put item for at least 1 hour. Cold water wash.

If you throw your shirt in on top of this bleach/water mix before the washer fills your gonna get brown spots where it soaks there before it fills. At least I did. Just fill the washer, add your shirt then the bleach, and resume the wash cycle.

How long do you pull on the shirt and I wonder if you could put the shirt in the doorway with the door closed and then pull on it?

Will it work on something more concentrated. I have a pair of shorts with a really tight waistband strip that runs thru it. I don't want to cut it because then they will be too loose, but will this process stretch something that typically wasn't meant to stretch out?

Can I confirm that the sizing is done according to where you stretch? I'm not looking to turn a medium into a large, just a little extra belly space.
