As a non-Russian, i've heard the complete opposite from people who lived in Russia, that women are treated like princesses and their ego is inflated as a result. They demand a lot and are hard to please compared to European or Asian women. In general i think this video is a bit harsh because there are just as many bad stereotypes about Russian women, if not more.

As a russian man, I would say that 70% of our women are waiting for a prince from a fairytale. So you need to be: Initiative, dominant, perspective ( rich or showing / pretending that you are / will be rich ). If you're simple nice shy guy, then you will not get almost any woman's attention. Therefore there is a situation when 70% of women are trying to have a relationship with 20% of men. That leads to the high concurrency and gives them an impression that all men are jurks. I don't know whether there is a same situation everywere ...
