Motorcycle Ride to Banff

It was two beautiful days to ride across the border from Montana into Canada and we were blessed to have such wonderful friends as tour guides as we rode our motorcycles in Canada. @johnmaberry2748 it does differ from state to state. From my understanding if they get in a state that does not allow, they will unhook the tow and the wife will drive it. Thanks for watching!

Definitely putting HYW 34 on the Must Ride List.
Definitely a great road to ride. Wish we had done it on the trike, although in the truck we were sitting up higher and got a good view of the river. Rocky Mountain National Park was awesome. We stayed at Elk Meadow Lodge & RV which was at the entrance to the National Park. Excellent place to stay in Estes Park, they have big rig sites.

Full time and workampers since 2019. We discovered very early on that it takes at least 6 months to see most things of interest within 2 hours of our "job". The longer you stay the more local folks let you know the best restaurants and sights. America is Amazing and we've had multiple offers to stay indefinitely but we're not done running around. We did however manage a 275 site campground in Gettysburg for 2 years which threw our planned 5 year cross country trip off a bit. Lol
That is how we feel, we want to still travel around and work different places. We.have more friends nationwide than we ever dreamed of. It is a small world when we are all out there traveling around, so one day we may meet up!😊
Ann and I stayed there last summer when we visited glacier Park you and Rickey referred us to that campground. The campground, and the people there are second to none. I would definitely go back there again when in that area. The People are great and campground is spotless.

Gas tank lift
The lift I put on is at the rear shocks, to raise the back of the bike, helps for handling the bike in curves. Been thinking about the gas tank lift.
