My son has two group homes. It has created a horrible stress on his family. The tenants have to be vetted very carefully. Those sending clients often are not honest in their appraisals and just one troublemaker, who understands the system can threaten everyone involved. There are so many variables in the clients that the learning curve can be never ending. To top it off, staffing is another impossible job. This is not for the faint of heart.
