I actually talked to a recruiter a few days ago.. plan on going into the army while I do school. I was just curious psychical wise what are we counting? Like push ups? Running? Sit ups? I want to be prepared.. as much as I can.

How long did you leave the dye in for and did you mix it with 30 volume developer or 40 ? And also afterwards did you just rinse your hair out and then thats it or did you use conditioner/ leave-in conditioner? Sorry for all the questions I’m going to try this today I’m lowkey scared 😭
