Painting should be painted in every two years under rent control laws in Ghana. Unless what got spoilt was not part of your rented zone. Such issues must be explain to the landlord or to the rent control and you don't come to social media because in Ghana everything is law law law. Am a Ghanaian living in the northern part of Accra. I have taken two landlords to rent control a decade ago and won both cases because of how I did my things or lived in those houses. Sometimes I do fix some minor minor things without telling the landlords but always made sure keeping my receipts after fixing them so your relationships with your landlords are the most important. Sometimes too you just have to deliberately beg your landlords for minor things than arguing because even me as a Ghanaian I beg sometimes just to separate your personality from other tenants that's why our elders said Accra stayed by plans You shouldn't have brought this issue on social media because if your landlord should see this or be told by someone trust me he's not going to like it and I don't think he will extend your rent when due, you see, ladies of today thinks social media is everything. Use common sense in all applications and think twice before you act because intelligent people don't discuss their privacy to the public, forget about trends and separate your private issues from the public 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭

There's one main thing to have before you remove the zeros ...you must have different raw materials or resources you export..eg ghana has gold ,oil timber bauxite ,manganese ,cocoa etc ...all these will help your economy bounce ..if cocoa market goes down you have gold to sell,if both goes down you have 3 or 4 other items to sell...Nigeria has only oil so if they remove the zeros and oil sales go down it will be terrible....that is why Zimbabwe is struggling...Turkey was able to do it because they manufacture a lot of things and export ..Nigeria export is low apart from oil..

Simply put, most Nigerians are kolomental. No sensible human beings will use economic factors 20years ago to make argument. If you were better than your friend years ago and your friend works harder than you and now better than you, do you still argue that you're still better than your friend because you were initially better than him?. This is the situation of almost 99% of Nigerians, very kolomental , old fashioned and primitive in thinking instead of keeping to current affairs. It's in the record of the world bank currently that, Ghana cedis is among top 5 strongest currencies in Africa. It's only Nigeria with high rate of illiteracy that lacks common sense to understand this. Ghana cedis came to replace cedis, the replacement was only advertised using redenomination factor, it doesn't mean zeros were removed, otherwise we will still call it cedis (¢) instead of Ghana cedis (Gh¢). Note: nigeria has also changed its currency, naira soo many times but has failed. The casheless policy, the dedoliraization, and new naira notes printed have all been failure, so just accept that Ghana has managed its economic reforms better than Nigeria and stop being kolomental using redenomination as a factor of strength with respect to currency, something Zimbabwe and other countries did and got collapsed economically. Ghanaians should consider any Nigerian with such mentality of still glorifying naira over Ghana cedis and dollar as pure local mugu full of illiteracy.

If Nigeria undergo rede-nomination of currency it means if you take 7000 naira a month you will drop to 70 naira ... Will any Nigerian agree to take that ? To do that you need to increase your minimum wage for the citizen and more is also required... Accept the truth and work harder in becoming the best... Ghana has moved from the past and facing current changes so do same.... We agree we used to travel back in the days to work in Nigeria back in the days to work because their currency was good but not anymore bro... Ghana is expensive now n we work harder to catch up

Hence if 139 Naira = 1GHC then how much dollar can you get with 139 Naira and how much dollar can you get with 1GHC This will tell you the value of the cedi and the naira.
