Romanticizing midterms week during a hurricane (yapping)
Hey guys!!!! Since I made a video romanticizing my first week back to campus this semester, I also wanted to do one for midterm week. Sadly, however, Milton hit during this time. we did steal some of it but most of it the usa legally bought. i do believe all immigrants should have the opportunity for a better life, however i also believe they should go about it the right way, and that not all (and im talking about drug and other criminals of that calibur) should be let in.
Ok. Most try to get in legally. Or if they don’t, they try to get their paperwork to be here legally. To be here “legally” costs a lot of money, time, and knowledge skills. I’m not saying we’re dumb, but many fail the us civics exam (which also costs money to take and study). If they are getting here by means of running from borders, they get fake paperwork or none at all so it’s much more efficient for them to work and boost our economy. Not to mention, most immigrants come here for a better life and provide us one by doing so because they work hard, long, and are underpaid. They boost our economy as we put them down and demean them. Also, because we paid money to some other random country to have land, doesn’t mean native Americans aren’t affected.
