What a beautiful bird the Blue Jay.

In the spring, a pair of Robins have been coming to the same tree in my yard for the last several years to to build a nest. I get to enjoy their company untill the hatchings fly out. Afterwards they are not seen till the following spring . Folklore says it a blessing that they visit me. A love one that has passed away has come to see me. This gives me so much comfort.

I use these to help me learn more about birds for when I bird watch

pretty good for drawing them out, however this seems to only work in the early morning to late evenings. Other than that they're easy game

One of the smartest birds out there, and endlessly fascinating to watch.I guess there are some people out there who at the sight of something that moves can only think of a way to destroy it. That's people for you.. the most invasive and destructive species around.

I have several bluebirds at my country home in Arkansas and they are the bird of happiness IMO.They sing alot but it's a soft sound.Not very loud either.I put out dried mealworms and a birdbath,which they love moreso than other songbirds. 😊

So much more beautiful than the American song birds. It's a shame they are killed. They may disturb other birds but given enough time native species adapt in response. The real reason starlings are hated because they gather is massive flocks & poop everywhere. :C I love to hear them sing, they bring a beautiful song

Thanks. I use that sound to earn the trust of the magpies around, so they come with no fear on my balcony, even with opened door, and they can eat the food i give them, and they also bring food to their nest. Wonderful.
