Hey man! Thank you for the kind words. I have moved away a bit from doing reaction videos. I may start them up again but I've been working on doing drum cover on songs alot like him. Granted....I'm nowhere near as skilled but maybe one day.... :D. At any rate, you should check them out! I just got the sound to the quality that I'm wanting and am working constantly to improve my drum parts!

Thank you! I really enjoyed making this one. It took about 2 or so weeks to get the recording and drum part where I wanted it. My big priority was good sound quality, which I think I’ve achieved with this one!

It sounds pretty good! I never thought to put ghost notes on a bass drum. Always figured they were best on snares, toms, and a hi-hat. Turns out I learned something new. 😀

He's not really doing 'ghost notes' on the bass, although looking at his technique I could see why you might think so. I use this technique for keeping time (foot bouncing; I've had drum teachers -- I'm not formally trained by one -- tell me that it's bad technique but it works for me). It's just bouncing your foot on the pedal.

He truly is. I try to analyze what he does in his videos and it's so much to take in that I'm often just silent watching it. Which doesn't make for super great content lol.
