I have a copy of Awaken The Giant Within, which I purchased and read over 30 years ago. One thing I find amusing is Tony Robbins held in high regard at the time this book was published in the early 1990s 3 celebrities who each turned out to be anything but the admirable figures they portrayed to the public- O.J. Simpson, Michael Jackson and Donald Trump.

4:07 It seems to me the question "Do you understand?" generally comes across offensive. I don't think it's a good question in any situation. It sounds abrupt and bossy. It only makes a "subordinate" feel more subordinate and less likely to want to cooperate. It doesn't motivate or inspire. But even more important, the question isn't specific enough to get a specific answer. It's the kind of question that a bad manager would ask after inadequately explaining something.

How to weigh your ability of thing you do approximate fail and success ratio if success ratio lower than failure ratio show that you're high confidence. If you do over standard ratio success ,you're over confidence.
