I agree with everything you’ve said. I have worked with a few spiritual practitioners,all them well experienced in their practice. I have never experienced any negative effects from meditation,the complete opposite actually,because the people guiding me were experienced in their practice. I firmly believe people need to do their research when looking for guidance and like you said use your instincts and have a vibe check before you choose to work with them. 🙏🏻🫶🏻
