The Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) is Mindanao’s lead agency in coordinating and integrating development efforts that bring about accelerated socio-economic development of Mindanao.
It also act as the permanent Philippine Coordinating Office for Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) sub-regional cooperation, facilitating the participation of Mindanao and Palawan as the country's focus areas.
It carries out this mission through the active and extensive participation of all sectors in this development process. It is also committed to upholding standards for service excellence, good governance and inclusive leadership in achieving the aspirations and vision of all Mindanawons.

1st PCCI BIMP-EAGA Trade, Investment, and Halal Industry Conference
Highlights from the 1st PCCI BIMP-EAGA Trade, Investment, and Halal Industry Conference, organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and supported by the Philippine Exporters Confederation (PHILEXPORT), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the USAID Regulatory Reform Support Program for National Development (USAID RESPOND), and the University of the Philippines Public Administration Research and Extension Services Foundation (UPPAF).
The conference marks a significant milestone in promoting economic integration and sustainable development across the BIMP-EAGA region.
