Hello everyone, I’m V Raghavendra Chary, a 2023 graduate in Information Technology from JNTUH University College, Kondagattu. I’m very excited to share that I have secured a Software Engineer Trainee position at Digital Trust in November 2024. This achievement has been a long-time dream for me, especially as someone from a middle-class family with no prior experience in software jobs.
After graduation, I faced many challenges. There were no campus placements, but I didn’t lose hope and joined NxtWave. At first, I didn’t have a clear direction in the tech field, but NxtWave’s structured guidance helped me improve my skills. While managing my college studies, I made steady progress in the course. However, after many months of trying for placements and facing rejections, I started to feel discouraged. Financial problems and my parents’ health issues pushed me to take a BPO job in March 2024.
Even while working, I kept learning and trying for placement opportunities through NxtWave. Finally, after months of hard work, I cracked my first tech job. This is a proud moment for me and my family.
To anyone chasing their dreams, my advice is simple: stay committed and trust the process. Don’t listen to negativity, and focus on your growth. NxtWave provides a great platform with a clear learning path and excellent placement support. If you stay consistent and work hard, success will come to you.
