I want to strive to approach my videos with loving-kindness as my guide. I am a, generally, timid person who avoids potential for unnecessary confrontation. I will even avoid necessary confrontation at times. My goal now is to challenge this fear by intentionally setting up scenarios on my platform that force me to face potential confrontations. I still plan to delete and/or block those who are being rude, harassing, or spreading blatant misinformation. The goal is mainly for me to acclimate myself to all forms of confrontation. Not to necessarily engage with it. Just to be "confronted" by it. :) Wish me luck.

In Buddhism, happiness is pursued through the use of knowledge and practice to achieve mental equanimity, or peace of mind. This is done by detaching oneself from the cycle of craving that produces dukkha (suffering). Meditation is one way to open the mind to joy and happiness. Through meditation, one can free the mind of grasping, aversion, and ignorance, allowing natural joy to manifest.

Where a society sees the human as a source of production, the ones that differ with that spiritual truth and purpose will he ridiculed, tried to be shutted, exiled and even antagonized.

It does feel a lot that spritirualism is used around thia increased of resilience to uncrease the value of production that someome has, lot of times dismissing ones resentment with the system as 'non spiritual bagage' (or in mu case, non spiritual, non budist attatchments). Its a deelpy unsettling and eerie gaslight that can be seen even in therapiutical and pyschiatrical environments (particularely in my experience, in cognitive behavioral environments) where there is a lot of suppresion, invalidation and dismissal of negative emotions and taken as synonym of mental health because you are not 'feeling' the emotion but it is repressed. And it leads to short term relief but long term botteling and problems like pshichotic episodes.

I will be focusing a lot on this concept of manipulation and exploitation of humans.
