I had my resume revised using AI and used an ATS based evaluation app to evaluate and rate my resume. My original got a 48% rating. I went back and forth telling AI to adjust my resume based on what comments I got from the ATS system and by the time I got to 68% rating, my resume looks great but even I dont recognize my resume anymore. Whats worse is, this was as far as I can go with the free version and if I wanted to get a higher rating I need to upgrade to a paid version. What BS this is! This is the reason why I say that this type of s@$t is making HR Lazy and will never end up with great candidates because while the resume looks awesome, the candidate will end up failing the interview in the end. A resume is supposed to reflect a candidates work experience and how it will align with the companys requirements. If the company wants to hear more then they request for an interview. What happens here is that great candidates are "weeded out" just because they did not put a keyword or they did not wow the reader with high faluting words. Frustrating.

This is great tool it make the admin really easy and fast.

Please, stop referring to Trustpilot. It will harm more than you think. They are allowing scammers and get paid for some fake reviews and people start to notice that. Might want to look at alternatives as these money grabbers aren’t anywhere close to what they claim to be

Incredibly misleading marketing on the site. I was under the impression that freelance recruiters would have access to finding clients in the marketplace. If you don't come with your own company contacts, this platform is essentially null for anyone starting out, meaning this isn't a platform for those early in their freelance careers.

No free jobboard posting? In my niche that is a handy feature.
