The Kenyan product. When lighting remove the ash tray completely and insert lighting paper one at a time preferably when rolled. When charcoal has lit then return the tray but don't push it inside completely. Tray is used to regulate the heat you need for the clocking by leaving a gap. The larger the gap the more heat it will produce and if you close completely your charcoal will returned off
