I saw them in Grand Prairie. He was more polite here than his later concerts lmao (no kissing fans, no cheeky ad libs during too time etc) so I was surprised watching those later concerts. I’ll catch them again when they come tour this year in the US. My friend and I had a blast
Yes! I was a bit surprised as well, and I must say I was happy this show didn’t have any of the kissing fans and stuff, it felt kind of..expected (?) after the first few times he did it. Can’t wait to see what they have planned for the next tour!!
Matt said in a recent interview they’re doing a second American tour. Ain’t no way in hell I’m missing it this time around, need to experience this live

Hi - that is actually the intro to the song. The studio version is only slightly different - a little more guitar-based than here. Saw them live a few days ago - thoroughly recommended.

2:00 i really like to believe he screamed "the fuck u mean?" after saying "being young is amazing!" because when you listen to "people" on spotify you can read matty's explanation of the song and he's saying something along the lines of "this song comes off as utter confusion and not so much anger. it's just me asking "what the fuck are you doing?"". i know "i like america" is about gun violence but it maybe comes from utter confusion too and thats why he said "THE FUCK U MEAN?" idk man its 4 am.
