I fixed the glass bottles going into the honey block storage. The double chest coming out of the crafter should be changed so that it is perpendicular to the output of the crafter instead of being in line with it. That way you can put 2 item filters coming out of it. The glass bottles can then be filtered to the left to the item elevator and the honey can be filtered right. This frees up space for another item elevator for the honey blocks for even more storage if you have a massive honey farm like I do with 65 bee hives. It also fits comfortably with a 5 block space as the lowest block can be a bedrock block of the nether roof as you only need that lowest block to place a redstone repeater on.

my bottles keep going to the wrong place?. don't worry, in the download world where the chest is, change it for 2 hoppers that take you to a chest in front of the whole mechanism, I mean, where there is a double chest, change it for 2 hoppers that face the same direction that the crafter faces, and after they face that direction, add a double chest in front of those hoppers and that will be your storage. Hey, great Video and a super cool and clean Tutorial except your voice is too silent. :D Keep up the good work! I also figured out how the bottles can be recycled and make the farm properly work like intended. From the Autocrafter front place a hopper faceing away and into a double chest. Connect two hoppers for filter systems, one with bottles and one with honey blocks. next you can setup a storage system for honey blocks for your needs and connect the bottle filter like in the tutorial. So basically you have to move the chest one block farther away from the autocrafter using a hopper, that's the trick that redstone won't connect to any other. Next place a block behind the last comparator who is on the same elevation like the autocrafter (that one who is facing away from the autocrafter and on attraction mode), leave a block gap after the block facing a sticky piston right into the new placed block and connect it to a "clock". if the sticky piston is pulled away and pushed to the comparator, the autocrafter will get a signal an spit out the crafted honey blocks into the hopper. So as its simple as that, move the chest one block away, connect a sticky piston with a clock on the same elevation as the autocrafter and its working perfectly fine. I did this in 1.21 (i also using mods etc. with fabric).

how do u not enter the hopper interface without crouching, probably some easy setting but help would be useful, also the clock build into the farm is already the right hight? ian build it the same as u did. also very important that the first 2 attraction blocks are azalea or cherry blossom leaves as flowers require a dirt block under it that takes too much space (most people use flowers so this should probably be mentioned in the video)

I am aware of a problem with glass bottles spitting out where they shouldn't; however, I won't be able to look into it for a while, but feel free to send your discord so I can add you and look at it right away. I'll update this comment once I figure out the problem and how to fix it! Until then, make sure your hoppers, crafters and droppers are faced the right direction, your one comparator is set to subtract mode, and all the other gimmicky things that are easily overlooked. UPDATE: I have added the world download at the bottom of the description. I hope it fixes any persistent problems! In my version, I have not noticed a problem with empty bottles spilling out.
