Stay away from its scam travel club membership that they will sell to you. Do not go to Pueblo Bonito Sunset its sister resort that sells scam timeshare/travel vlub membership. You pay enormous membership fees and at the same time they don’t have the room inventory. More complaints filed online for this scam.

This is one of the spots my wife and I are thinking about for our next vacation, and your video helped clear up a lot! Thanks for that. We've stayed at Secrets resorts before, and we’ve really liked the Hyatt experience so far.

Swim up bar closing at 5pm is criminal. I will be here next month with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday.

Highly reccomend this place! Went for my honeymoon! Vista prime the steakhouse is the best restaurant here! Infinity pool is worth the upgrade alone!
