Tasha I love your vlogs. I watch you all the time. I have heard you say “all lives matter” a few times over different episodes & it makes me cringe every time. I know you don’t mean any harm by it but I just thought I’d mention that the entire point of saying Black Lives Matter is an affirmation to us. It’s a given that all lives matter but where I’m from in racist Missouri, some people say “all lives matter” to undermine an affirmation that will hopefully catch on one day because it was intended for US. Hopefully one day our young people & generations to come will truly understand the true meaning of the phrase. When we truly believe it, it is destined to become so.

I am currently a stepmom technically I don’t even get that respect sometimes but I’m helping with bills I’m making sure him and all his friends are safe. I’m doing so much emotionally and I just feel so alone and it makes me feel so taken for granted that I had to take a step back And I know that if I was a man and I was taking care of somebody’s kids instead of the other way around people would even take up for me, but I just feel like crazy but I love kids. I don’t have any of my own that I care about peopleand I know I’m blessed for it but it’s just very weird sometimes to see how nobody understands how big of a deal that me at my young age doing all this is something that should be celebrated, not ignored or disrespected. 14:51
