I need start for SEPTEMBER TO HUMAN RESOURCES.

2006 public services for me was jumping out of a moving van at 0:200 hours. Pretending we were parachuting. Looking at a map and wishing you'd made up a grade. At 0400. A teacher gets you up. Makes you drill. But if your're like my team in the peak district, you'll follow them to the door and close it behind them. Bunker down.Your teacher 4 hours later gives you credit for "lateral thinking." If you can think? You might make officer. I nearly did, but I was too cocky. That thinking helps. Think outside the box. It's tough, but think for yourself. It's team leadership and ability to make a call. I got mine through graft and "lateral thinking." Go in learning. Leave learning. As was swiftly taught to me. It was creative but if you can think your way out of it? Do it. Don't be a "grunt"

Am a year 10 student going into year 11 wanting to do level 3 engineering but am scared I won't get a c in English but get c and b in everything else and a c or more is compulsory.
