Mini Kelly is so cute but I can barely fit anything after putting the bag protector. Also you are on the money the strap is too short ok for shoulder wear but I can’t use it for crossbody. As I can’t use it crossbody I don’t feel comfortable using it in big cities. I am going for retourne Kelly 25 next as it will be more practical. I am 5’1

The scuffs are normal on the Constance bags. Even if you get a new bag it will get scuffed in the same area due to opening and closing the buckle. If you prefer no scuffs, then stay with the CTG as the buckle is smaller. I prefer the CTG as it is very easy to open. Best of Luck!
